Who pays for shipping?

We do not provide free shipping. Shipping method can be selected during check out.

Express /Standard shipping costs will be added to your total at checkout.

 

Do you ship to UK, USA, Canada?

We are presently shipping to Australia and USA

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are made to order, so your order will be dispatched in 3 business day plus delivery time. 

Standard delivery takes about 5 -8 business days-Australia [ * Aust Post- The actual delivery speed will depend on where in each state/territory the item is being posted to, and the level of congestion in the delivery network at the relevant time. ]  Public holidays and busy shopping periods could also affect delivery times.

We use Aus Post so we do not guarantee deliveries by a specific date as it is entirely dependent on them.

All orders standard or expedited will be dispatched in 3 business days. 

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched, however please reach out to us as soon as you find out about the change. 

What if I require my order urgently?

We are now offering 'Express' shipping with Aus Post  within Australia, that would help you get your orders faster.

'Express/expedited' refers to the shipping time only and not dispatch time.

Do you ship your products from overseas?

We are shipping from our home studio in Point Cook, Victoria, 3030. 

 

Will my package have a tracking number?

Yes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number.
