Refund policy


Can I return a product?

Yes absolutely. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange.

These are made to order products.

To be eligible for a return , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags not tampered with, in it's original condition.


Wrong or faulty goods :-

We thoroughly check our products before shipping. If you receive wrong, damaged or faulty goods ( from our side) , please contact us via email with a photo of the product and details of the fault.ย 

We will notify you of approval or otherwise via email.

All qualifications for returns, refunds and exchanges are made at the discretion of prettymade.com.au.ย 


Change of mind:-

We do not offer change of mind returns/refunds.


Exchanges:-

If you prefer another apron instead of the one you ordered, please notify us as soon as you know.

If your current order hasn't been shipped yet and if the product you prefer is available, we will gladly permit the exchange.

Exchange will not be permitted after product has left the studio.


Cancellations:-

We do not offer order cancellations.

Refunds:-

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 48 hours . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in the same mail.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds :-

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet:

1)Please first check your bank account again.

2)Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3)Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4)If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at prettymade.com.au.



Return postage :-


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Only in case of faulty goods, we will refund you the shipping costs too.

When shipping the item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
